A Church of Israel member is accused of child sex abuse. His online trail is alarming

A member of the Gayman family behind Missouri's Church of Israel was arrested this spring on a child-molestation charge. I found his online persona very alarming.

The Church of Israel, tucked into the farmland outside Schell City, Missouri, is not a church in the "love thy neighbor" sense. For decades the Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center have described it as a pillar of the Christian Identity movement, the idea that white Christians are the true Israelites and that Jews are the literal descendants of Satan (probably Kanye fans). Its patriarch, Dan Gayman, has been named for years as one of that movement's theological architects.

This spring, the church's family name surfaced. On 30 April 2026, Jason Gayman was arrested in Nevada, Missouri, and charged with second-degree child molestation. According to the probable-cause statement reported by KCTV5, the alleged victim is under the age of twelve, and he is accused of enticing the child with candy at a church potluck. Bond was initially set at $25,000 cash-only, but at a hearing on 4 May the court released him on his own recognizance over the prosecutor's objection, on conditions that he have no contact with the victim and no unsupervised contact with anyone under eighteen. A judge found probable cause at a preliminary hearing on 5 August and bound the case over; after a defense motion, venue was changed to Dade County on 8 September, and a jury trial is set for 7 January 2027. He has been charged, not convicted, and is presumed innocent. He is a member of the extended Gayman family in Nevada, Missouri, a congregant, with no clergy, staff, or leadership role in the church.

Nothing I found is evidence of any legal wrong doing. Jason's online persona has only been found on 100% legal and adult websites. This is a presentation of publicly available data.

Now, before I get into what and where he was posting, here's him giving himself away in his own comments.

Second, his age. These subreddits constantly ask commenters to "drop your age if you like [blank]" and he always answers completely truthfully for a man in his late forties with a spring birthday: 47 through 2024, 48 through 2025, 49 in 2026.

The account is enormous more than two thousand comments since 2021, active right up to this week. The overwhelming bulk of it is exactly what you'd expect from that kind of account: crude, relentless commentary on the bodies of adult women.

But scattered through it is a run of subreddits whose premise sits around father/daughter incest and ageplay. On a "daddy your stepdaughter's pussy needs some warmth" post in r/DaughterTraining, he replied, "Anything that I can do to help babygirl!!" The table below collects those communities and his own words in them.

There is a particular discomfort in this one. The Church of Israel built its identity on moral and ethnic purity, the phrase is in its own mission statement, on large families, home birthing, home schooling, a community sealed off from a world it considers corrupt. That is the front the family presents, but you have to be more careful when trying to hide in plain site.
